Einar Gunderson
Manager
As the manager responsible for training and consulting, Einar brings a wealth of experience in the design, delivery and management of professional development programs for at-risk professions. He has been involved with the military, law enforcement and private security industry in Canada and abroad for over twenty years.
Einar is a certified instructor in Tactical Communications, law enforcement safety/use of force and a firearms instructor (Police Academy, Justice Institute of British Columbia, and recognized through the federal justice department). He has over thirty years of training in martial arts and empty-hand combat, and holds black belts and instructor certifications in various martial arts styles including karate and Hwa Rang Do.
Recently, Einar was responsible for administrating qualifications for 700+ employees who carry firearms with respect to their employment, and as well developed leadership principals and operational considerations regarding high-risk situations for senior management across Canada.
Einar also works in the protection field within Canpro Pacific Services.
