Canpro Training Resources - an ISO 9001:2000 certified quality consulting firm

As a leader in human safety & risk mitigation consulting, Canpro Training Resources is pleased to announce that our quality management system has recently been certified to ISO 9001.
Work with our independent external auditor, and registering firm, is QMI, a division of CSA International, began in late Spring of 2006, and only recently concluded in full registration.
ISO 9001 certification conveys the message that Canpro Training Resources has implemented a known quality assurance system that has been audited by an objective, external third party.
Canpro Training Resources has established a set of standards, and supporting procedures, that are consistently followed to ensure we always provide quality service to our clients. This includes:
- Ensuring that what we promise is what we deliver, and that our services meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Responding promptly to customer concerns and feedback, including use of an established process to act on and resolve concerns.
- Standards for hiring staff, contractors and consultants that help ensure quality service.
- Standards for managing client relations and contract projects.
- Standards for record keeping and maintenance of client confidentiality.
At Canpro Training Resources, we take a holistic approach to our quality management system. This means that quality assurance is integral to all facets of our work, including an ongoing vigilance for areas within our work, and our team, were we can continue to enhance the quality of our services.
