Training in the Yukon Territory: Canpro Training Resources goes north

Building on our successful work with professional staff development with Corrections Officers in British Columbia, Canpro Training Resources has been contracted to deliver a similar series of staff development Personal and Career Management modules for the Yukon Department of Justice.
Extending over four separate trips to Whitehorse, Canpro Training Resources instructors will deliver a unique, customized, and highly experiential learning program for all correctional staff working at the territorial jail. Modules within the program include:
- Elements of a respectful workplace
- Stress management
- Personal wellness
- Managing anger
- Building high performing teams
In life, as in work, we want to be around people we trust, people we believe are capable, knowledgeable and self-accountable. This workshop series explores the skills, attitudes and behaviours of self-accountable, successful people.
