New Year Promises Exciting New Opportunities
January, 2008
2007 was a banner year for Canpro Training Resources and the Canpro Global group of risk mitigation companies, and 2008 promises to be even more exciting. We've now opened two offices in Alberta, begun working in Africa, and expanded our Gulf base of operations in the United Arab Emirates.
In this new year, Canpro staff are already committed to projects focusing on risk mitigation, security strategies and workplace violence with public and private sector clients in healthcare, prisons and resource-based industries. This includes standards development, design and delivery of customized training solutions, and creation of human resource management strategies. Our staff are working throughout Western Canada, and overseas in Trinidad, southern Sudan, the Persian Gulf, and south east Asia on these projects.
Canpro is expanding it's focus this year to include publicly offered training courses for small and medium-sized businesses in supervisory and management systems, human resources strategies, and risk mitigation.
We continue to work with significant Canadian and global firms, as well as various UN agencies and international non-governmental agencies in the broad area of human safety and security.
